About Sarah

I have been working with movement, bodywork and therapy since 1993, helping many clients, both human and animal, release physical and emotional trauma, allowing them access to their inherent health.

I have been privileged to have had the company of dogs, cats and horses since my teenage years. Being able to share space with animals is an enormous gift. Their ability to just be in the present moment, offering us unconditional love, is something we are continuously able to learn from.

The opportunity to care for, work and connect with such a range of species has taught me not only about the physical differences between animals and humans but also the emotional, energetic and spiritual differences. Our lives can only be enriched by interaction with any living creature.

You can find an extensive chronological list of my qualifications and training, along with some of the CPD events I have attended, here.

Sarah is a Registered Member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (www.craniosacral.co.uk), The Somatic Experiencing Association UK (www.seauk.org.uk) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (www.iphm.co.uk), fully insured with Balens and holds a current First Aid qualification with the Red Cross.
